BECOME AN OFFICIAL PARTNER

The Queenstown Trails are attracting visitors from all around the country - and from around the world!  This website is the first stop for information, advice and recommendations.  Our visitors are actively researching their rides and hiking preferences including the best places to eat, stay, hire or purchase gear, transport and entertainment. We also use this site as a 'go to' for news, alerts and trail updates.

To ensure that there is a consistently high level of customer service across New Zealand, businesses can apply to join the Official Partner Programme and be recognised as an Official Partner of the Queenstown Trail and Nga Haerenga – the New Zealand Cycle Trail.  To become an Official Partner your business must meet certain cycle-friendly standards as outlined by Nga Haerenga – The New Zealand Cycle Trail - download the Membership Form here. As an Official Partner, your business will be exposed to these visitors by your own dedicated page in the directory listing. This will ensure visitors can find and make contact with your business prior to their arrival to Queenstown, or when they're riding or hiking the Trails.

Membership Costs

The cost for the Official Partner membership (annual fee), including a licence to use the New Zealand Cycleway Official logo, plus a directory listing on the Queenstown Trail website, Official Partner window sticker for your business and promotional opportunities as described in the 'Official Partner Programme Form', if you fancy a bit more razzle dazzle, we offer a new Official Partner Plus membership to give your business additional opportunities to get in front of trail users.  The Queenstown Trails Trust manages the Official Partner Programme - all nett proceeds from the Official Partner Programme go to the Queenstown Trails Trust to assist us in the maintenance, marketing, promotion and development of the Trails.

TO JOIN UP AS AN OFFICIAL PARTNER:-

• Complete the application form (download here) and website listing form (download here) which gives us all of the details you wish to feature (don't forget to send your logo and up to 5 images in jpeg format)
• We will send to you approval of your application, an invoice for your membership and advise when your listing is live (allow 5 business days)
